Pulmonary valve stenosis with tricuspid regurgitation
Our ultrasound detected the following:
- Marked right cardiomegaly with dilated right atrium
- Dysplastic tricuspid valve with regurgitation
- Dilated pulmonary artery with normal branches

Images 1,2: 31 weeks. Image 1 shows a 4-chamber view with a dilated right atrium and dysplastic tricuspid valve. The wall of the right ventricle is markedly thickened. Image 2 shows the dilated right atrium and the thickened right ventricular wall.
