A case of Partial Perforation of the gall bladder following calculous cholecystitis:

    Ultrasound of the gall bladder on this pregnant female patient revealed multiple calculi in the gall bladder, with partial perforation of the anterior part of the GB wall.

                                                                   Some bile is seen permeating between the gall bladder wall. The actual visualization of the site of GB rupture is rather rare. CT scan is generally superior in the detection of such pathology.
